These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of africaprompts.com and any digital products or services made available through the website.
AfricaPrompts is operated by TechEcoFrame LTD. In these Terms, “AfricaPrompts,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to TechEcoFrame LTD operating the AfricaPrompts platform.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product or downloading a free product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its products.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
AfricaPrompts provides downloadable digital products, which may include prompt files, PDFs, templates, guides, examples and related learning materials.
We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately. Minor differences in formatting, presentation or results that do not materially affect the product’s intended use will not ordinarily constitute misdescription.
Prices are displayed on the relevant product page and may be shown in Nigerian naira or another available currency.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Flutterwave. We do not control any currency-conversion rate, international transaction charge or bank fee imposed independently by a payment provider or financial institution.
We may change our prices or promotions at any time. A change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where a price was displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical or typographical error.
If a material pricing error is discovered before delivery, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid or allow you to complete the order at the correct price.
Receiving an order acknowledgement does not always mean that an order has been finally accepted. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and the digital product is made available, subject to fraud prevention and payment verification.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, unlawful activity or a technical problem. Where we cancel a paid order without delivering the product, the amount paid will be refunded.
Purchased products are ordinarily delivered through the order-confirmation page, customer account or an email download link.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to it. If your download does not appear after successful payment, contact support@africaprompts.com.
Subject to these Terms, AfricaPrompts grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use a lawfully purchased or downloaded product for your own personal or commercial projects.

AfricaPrompts is independent of third-party artificial-intelligence platforms unless expressly stated otherwise. References to third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
AI-generated results can vary depending on the platform, model, settings, subscription level, user input and later platform updates. We do not guarantee a particular output or identical results across platforms.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or using them. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable law, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights and the terms of the relevant third-party platform.
Purchasing a prompt does not guarantee that a third-party platform will grant intellectual-property ownership or exclusive rights over any generated output.
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, the website or other users.
The AfricaPrompts website and its original products, branding, text, graphics, product descriptions, layouts and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to TechEcoFrame LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited licence expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to you.
Refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund and Returns Policy excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, security incidents, hosting problems, internet failures or events outside our reasonable control.
Where a temporary technical issue affects a valid purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.
Our products are supplied as creative, educational and productivity resources. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice.
We do not guarantee that using a product will produce sales, income, followers, business growth, platform approval or any particular commercial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, duty or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfricaPrompts and TechEcoFrame LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from your misuse of a product, failure to review an AI-generated output or reliance on a third-party platform.
Where liability relating to a paid product can lawfully be limited, our total liability for that claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of a non-excludable statutory duty or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised redistribution, a security threat or a material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Suspension or termination does not remove rights that arose before the effective date of suspension or termination.
The website or our products may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or security practices of independent third parties.
Your use of a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, technology, business practices or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not unfairly remove rights relating to an order already completed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved, either party may use any court, regulator or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from submitting a complaint to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or another competent authority.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and any product-specific licence displayed before purchase, form the agreement governing your use of AfricaPrompts.
